This may include your outstanding credit facilities, repayment history, and defaults, which are sourced from CICs through a permitted “soft search”.
Your PI may be shared with third parties including CICs, lenders, banks, mutual fund houses, payment gateways, service providers, and regulatory or governmental authorities, to process your applications, comply with legal obligations (including KYC/AML norms under PMLA and SEBI regulations), prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests and orders.
3. Opt-out
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, SMS, or promotional calls from LoanQubes, you may send an email from your registered email address to privacy@LoanQubes.com with your opt-out request. Your details will be removed from our marketing lists within a reasonable time, typically within 15 working days.
4. Purpose and Usage
LoanQubes does not sell or rent your PI to third parties. Your information is used to operate, improve, and personalize our Services, process your applications for loans, credit cards, mutual funds, and other financial products, perform eligibility checks, communicate application status, and provide support and tailored offers.
PI may be collected when you register on the Website, submit an application, upload documents, access co‑branded journeys, use location‑based features, or authorize LoanQubes to fetch your bank statements, salary slips, or Form 26AS from third‑party systems. Account credentials used for such retrieval are only used for that session and are not stored by LoanQubes.

PI is disclosed strictly on a need‑to‑know basis and only as permitted under this Policy, the Terms of Use, or applicable law. This includes disclosures to lenders, partners, service providers, credit bureaus, fraud prevention agencies, marketing channels, and regulators for transaction processing, service delivery, compliance, security, and analytics.
Access to your PI within LoanQubes is restricted to authorized personnel and handled under internal policies designed to protect confidentiality and integrity. Anonymous or aggregated information that does not identify you personally may be shared for analytics and research.
6. Updating Your Information
If your Personal Information changes, you may update it by writing to support@LoanQubes.com. Once a decision has been taken on a submitted application, information in that specific application cannot be altered, but you may submit a fresh application with updated details.
7. Retention of Your Data
LoanQubes retains your PI for as long as required to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for fraud‑prevention and audit purposes. Thereafter, data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for analytics, profiling, and business insights.
